Lil Wayne appeared at court on Thursday, apparently expected to accept an 8-month bid in jail over the alleged involvement with a .40 caliber pistol found on Waynes tour bus in New York back in 2007.Wayne is rumored to accept this deal to avoid getting a much longer jail sentance...the term is said to begin in February 2010.
